Smart Class Room:

The primary goal of a well-equipped computer lab at RAMAN I.T.I is to provide our students with assistance that enhances their possibilities of succeeding in their assignments. Completely air conditioned lab has systems which are interconnected via high-speed LAN that further has hubs and switches – manageable and unmanageable.

Our computer lab provides the students as well as faculty with high bandwidth internet speed thereby making them proficient in keeping themselves abreast of all the advanced technological developments that happen around the world. One doesn’t have to worry about the power cuts too, as the college computer lab is equipped with powerful backup 24*7. Our college is WiFi Enabled, which helps the students work on their assignments from anywhere in the campus.


COPA Course is in ITI. The full form of ITI is the Industrial Training Institute, where there are various courses, which are also called trade. The full form of COPA is Computer Operator and Programming Assistant.

👉 COPA Course pattern in ITI?

  • The duration of this course is of 1 year in which there are two semesters, and for taking admission in this course, the minimum education must be either Tenth pass or 12th (in some states 10th and 12th in some states).

👉Eligibility for admission in ITI for COPA course

  • Age limit – Minimum 14 year and no maximum age.
  • Qualification – Minimum 10th pass and somewhere 12th pass required.

👉Syllabus of COPA and skills which you will learn after completion of COPA:

After passing 10th or 12th, you can take admission in ITI and where you can choose COPA course. Minimum qualification is 10th for admission in Admission or ITI in COPA course in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh but in other states minimum qualification is 12th.

After doing the COPA course, you will have various types of skills such as computer fundamentals, data entry related tasks, basic concepts of hardware and software, developing programs with the help of C and C ++ programming language, M.S. Office information, Presentation on graphic package, Use of Tally software, Use of FoxPro, Information about basic concept of networking, What is email and related to internet browsing, multimedia concept, computer maintenance, information of IT Act 2000 etc. 👉At the same time, information is given about working environment, culture development, communication skills and other soft skills.

Stenography comprises skills in Shorthand, Transcription and Typewriting. It is indispensable in business, profession, vocation and administration-wherever it is desirable to have a quick and verbatim record of the spoken words.This skill is being included in the curriculum as many students have the aptitude towards this particular area. Besides, its knowledge provides early employment opportunities. It is expected that the learners, after getting training in this field, will not face difficulty in getting suitable jobs.

Nature of Job:

Stenographers are court reporters in the fundamental sense. They work to capture all of the legal proceedings in a very accurate way. This may sound like a simple task initially, but it involves a great deal of hard work, special tools, and a great attention to detail which the stenographer must possess. Most often, stenographers work in an actual courtroom and that is where most people are accustomed to seeing them appear. They work to capture all of the words exchanged during court proceedings and record them in the most appropriate manner.
